I'm not really one to talk a lot about myself, partly because I'm modest and partly because I think that, if you're really interested, you should get to know me personally,in which case, you're only a message away. Anyway, what to say? Tall, dark and (allegedly) handsome BSc (Hons) Medical Science graduate currently reading for a Doctor in Medicine & Surgery (MD).

I'm your quasi-typical Pisces, a free-spirit, bon-vivant and lover of art in all its forms: a writer and poet, guitar and sax player, artist and part-time Devil's advocate (or should that be full time?). Typically hit by frequent bouts of intelligence, wit and sarcasm. I'm a determined, hard-headed, independent and ambitious b*stard but having said that, I'm quite approachable and I generally don't bite (at least not too hard). Love learning and keeping myself occupied at all times, otherwise I can get bored veeeery easily (nb. the emphasis on very). I hate routine, traditionalism and "doing-things-just-because-it's-the-norm-and-everyone-does-them" attitude with a passion. Have been called anything from bohemian to hippy to revolutionary to artistocrat, but since I'm also known as an empath and a respectful chap, I'll spare you all the gory detail unless you're that keen to get to know me.

I enjoy lengthy discussions on anything and everything as much as quiet moments relaxing with some good music and a book. In fact, I love being alone in my own company and I cherish my individuality and personal space - as long as you acknowledge and respect that, you'll be in my good books.

Tough one! I love literature and I admit that I have a particular soft spot for Maltese contemporary. In any case, I prefer talking about favourite writers rather than books. These would include my fellow writers within Inizjamed, Kevin MacNeil, and the usual suspects, namely Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Milan Kundera and Oscar Wilde, just to name a few. I'm also very much interested in philosophical texts and anything that gets my mind going.
